These are team leaders who should have an experience of a minimum of 5 years in the restaurant industry. A diploma in Hotel Management would be a bonus.
Senior captains should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and should be capable of handling restaurant operations in the absence of the manager.
Indian and Continental chefs. preferably from a catering college background. To apply you should be competent in handling restaurant food production & operations independently, ad well as outdoor
